ACP Kernel Repo 映射

目标

这份清单把 Harbor OCI 产物与真实源码仓、目标 Target Repo 对齐，作为 acp-kernel 迁移基线。镜像级明细放在 image-source-matrix.md。

表头说明

L4 源码仓

这些 L4 源码仓不迁入 acp-kernel。它们是 L4 插件载荷，保留在各自现有 namespace（frontend/、alauda/、container-platform/）。下表 Target Repo == Source Repo 表示「原位不动」。acp-kernel 只承接 kernel-internal 源码仓与 chart 载体；L4 的 chart/ModulePlugin 由 ait/chart-console-*、ait/chart-application-catalog 这些 L4 chart 载体仓承载（见下一节），与这里的源码仓解耦。
